Notes on Pricing
Please bare in mind folks when commissioning a portrait that pricing a drawing is not an exact science. The list below is to give my customers as close an approximation of pricing with regards to size as possible. However every drawing is unique and may require more or less work depending on the desired contents. For this reason please feel free to contact me with any enquiries and to discuss your ideas. Once I better understand what it is that you would like I will be able to quote you an exact price (it’s worth doing as it may be less than you think!). If your portrait is straight forward then the pricing below will apply.
All my drawings are on acid free heavy weight quality paper. This will give your drawing longevity meaning you can enjoy it for generations to come!
Postage and Packaging
I regret that I am unable to offer framing options. My reason for this is that framing, as many of you know, can be expensive and it is my aim to keep prices down for my customers.
All drawings will be placed in a protective sleeve and wrapped in a firm outer casing to prevent them from being bent or damaged during delivery. All drawings will be sent first class recorded delivery which will include insurance. Up to A3 sizes will still be able to fit through your letter box, and for this reason the postage costs will be lower. Anything above this size will need to be signed for, as they will not be able to post it through your door, and therefore the postage costs will increase. I can arrange delivery by courier if this is preferable. Please make sure to contact me for pricing if you require this option. *postage costs are subject to change*

Once a commission (contents, price and time scale) has been verbally agreed upon a non-refundable deposit of half the final cost will be required, to demonstrate the customers commitment to the purchase (full price can also be paid at this stage if the customer prefers).

Once the drawing is complete I will offer the option to have a scan/photograph of the finished drawing sent via email, before the final drawing is sent. This way if you wish to add anything further it can be arranged at this stage.
All that is now left is for you to enjoy the artwork of your beloved pet!
